1. Open your Whats App

2. Click the Three Dots top right corner of your smartphone's  screen

3. Click on Settings.

4. Click on Chats

5. Find out Theme in Display section and click on it

6. Then Choose Dark mode and click on OK

Now enjoy the dark mode in Night and keep safe your Eyes from emerging bright light of smartphones.
